Neapolitan pizza

  • Neapolitan pizza is the real original that has been made in Italy for 300 years. Neapolitan pizza tells the story of Naples.
  • While Queen Margherita was on a summer vacation in Naples, a local pizza parlor introduced her to a pizza featuring tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, olive oil and basil. The three different colors of the pizza depicted the new flag of Italy. The queen liked pizza so much that it was named after her. And so the classic Margherita was born.
  • Our dough has only four ingredients: 00-caputo flour, water, sea salt and fresh yeast. The dough is initialized and shaped by hand. The sauce is really natural, just peeled Neapolitan tomatoes with fresh basil. Our cheeses are from Italy and are made from high quality milk. Mozzarella is also known as “white gold” for its taste and quality.
  • The pizza is baked in a 460 degree oven for 60-90 seconds.
